Most lighting sold online is a photograph and a spec sheet. Neither tells you what matters, how big it actually is, what it does to a room when it's on, whether it suits the space you have.
So we'll talk it through before you order. Sizing, finishes, how many you need over a run. We'd rather lose a sale than send you something that doesn't fit.
