Yes. Most of our fixtures can be adapted to suit your space — including plug-in or hardwired options, custom cable lengths, and a choice of finishes where available. Just let us know what you need via our contact form, and we'll confirm what's possible for your chosen piece.

Bulbs are not always included. This lets you choose the color temperature and brightness that suits your space. Get in touch if you need guidance on the right bulb for a specific fixture.
Warmer tones (2700–3000K) produce soft, inviting light — well suited to living rooms and bedrooms. Cooler tones (4000K and above) are brighter and more energizing, better suited to kitchens and workspaces.

Yes, all of our pendant lights come with the necessary mounting hardware for installation. Instructions are also included, though we recommend professional installation to ensure your pendant light is securely and correctly fitted. If anything is missing once your lights have arrived, contact our customer support as soon as possible. You can do that here
Lighting can be returned if unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging within the timeframe outlined in our policy. Custom or made-to-order fixtures are final sale. Please refer to our returns page for full details.

Most of our pendants come with an adjustable cable, so you can set the hanging height to suit your ceiling and the space below it (dining table, kitchen island, etc.). If you need a longer than standard cable let us know before placing your order and we can customise the order to meet your needs.
